# Redfin Schools Near a Property

<p>List the schools that serve a property: name, GreatSchools rating (1-10), parent rating, distance in miles, grade range, public or private type, whether the school serves the home, number of students, student-teacher ratio, address, rating parts (test scores, student growth, equity) and the school district. An empty list is a valid result. The data is US only.</p><p><strong>Cost:</strong> 1 credit per successful request. Failed requests are not charged.</p>

| 422 | The request validation failed | One or more Redfin request parameters failed validation. |

| 500 | Failed to fetch data from Redfin after multiple attempts. | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
