# Redfin Sold Homes

<p>Search homes that sold in a region within the last 1 to 365 days (default 90). Every row is a closed sale with the sold price, sold date (null when the price is not disclosed), beds, baths, size, lot, year built, price per square foot, listing and selling broker and the listing agent. Filters for price, bedrooms and property type are always honoured: no row outside the filter is returned.</p><p>Paging is real: page 2 returns the next homes. Sold data is US only; country=ca returns a validation error because Redfin does not publish sold prices in Canada.</p><p><strong>Cost:</strong> 1 credit per successful request. Failed requests are not charged.</p>

| `property_types` | string | No | <p>Comma-separated property types (1-8).</p> |
| `sold_within_days` | string | No | <p>Only homes sold within this many days (1-365). Default 90.</p> |

## Errors
