# Rumah123 Search API Documentation

Rumah123 Search API searches homes for sale and for rent in Indonesia. Each item has the listing id, URL, property type, price in IDR (number and text), address, coordinates, bedrooms, bathrooms, land and building size, certificate, furnishing, agent and all photos. Filters are always honoured: a listing that breaks a requested filter is never returned, and meta.filtered_out shows how many were removed from the page. Rent searches without a property type cover all six types. Searches reach page 2500 (50,000 listings); a higher page is an error, and every page carries its own data. Narrow big searches with a location and filters. A valid empty result is a successful, billable answer.

For rent this is the price per rent period. | | `max_price` | integer | No | Maximum price in IDR. Must not be below min_price. | | `min_bedrooms` | integer | No | Minimum bedrooms. | | `max_bedrooms` | integer | No | Maximum bedrooms. | | `min_bathrooms` | integer | No | Minimum bathrooms. | | `max_bathrooms` | integer | No | Maximum bathrooms. | | `min_land_size` | integer | No | Minimum land size in square meters. | | `max_land_size` | integer | No | Maximum land size in square meters. | | `min_building_size` | integer | No | Minimum building size in square meters. | | `max_building_size` | integer | No | Maximum building size in square meters. | | `rent_type` | string | No | daily, weekly, monthly or annual. This response is not billable. | | 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Rumah123 could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request.
