# SoundCloud Search Suggestions

SoundCloud query suggestions for a partial search term: tracks, users and playlists matching what has been typed so far.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `query` | string | Yes | Partial search term (q is accepted as an alias). |
| `limit` | integer | No | Maximum number of suggestions. Defaults to 20. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter is missing or a parameter failed validation. |
| 404 | SoundCloud Not Found | The requested SoundCloud object does not exist. |
| 503 | SoundCloud Upstream Unavailable | SoundCloud could not be reached within the full attempt budget. |
