# SoundCloud Track

A single SoundCloud track: title, artwork, duration, playback and like counters, genre, tags, release date, publisher metadata, monetization model and streamability metadata such as durations, formats and the progressive flag. Upstream media metadata is passed through as published text: media.transcodings keeps its formats, durations and progressive flags. Streaming URL values that would point at our own internal upstream host are removed, because publishing them would expose internal infrastructure. Nothing is ever fetched on your behalf: no media body, stream or audio byte is retrieved, proxied or cached for you.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter is missing or a parameter failed validation. |
| 404 | SoundCloud Not Found | The requested SoundCloud object does not exist. |
| 503 | SoundCloud Upstream Unavailable | SoundCloud could not be reached within the full attempt budget. |
