# Spotahome Listing Detail API Documentation

Retrieve one Spotahome listing: title, public url, type, property type, address, coordinates, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, pricing (monthly price, currency, price type), availability (first available date, minimum and maximum stay in days, available, unavailable and move-in date ranges), booking terms (bookable, instant booking, contract type, cancellation policy, security deposit and admin fee exactly as Spotahome reports them), house rules, plain-text description, highlights and neighborhood, photos with small and large urls, amenities, bills, landlord type and score, and the last verification time (ISO 8601, UTC). Date ranges without from or to are open ended. Take id, city and property_type from a search result url. An unknown listing returns 404 and is not billed.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | string | Yes | Numeric Spotahome listing id. Example: 80504. |
| `city` | string | Yes | City slug from the listing url. Example: madrid. |
| `property_type` | string | Yes | One of rooms, apartments, studios, residences, as in the listing url. Example: rooms. |

## Errors
