# Sreality Property Detail API

Fetch one full public Sreality listing by its `hash_id`.

## Listing details

The response preserves the complete detail record, including the published description, pricing, property attributes, location, and available media. Image URLs are returned as absolute HTTPS URLs.

## Scope

This endpoint returns public listing information only. It does not expose account features, contact-form actions, saved searches, or non-public data.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Listing Not Found | The listing identifier does not match a public listing. This response is not billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | The listing identifier is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Detail Temporarily Unavailable | The listing detail could not be returned. This response is not billable. |

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I retrieve a listing?

Pass its hash_id to the listing detail endpoint. Search results include the identifier for each returned listing.

### Does this include all published listing fields?

Yes. The public detail record is returned without removing optional fields.

### What happens when a listing is unavailable?

An unknown listing returns a non-billable 404 response.
