# Sreality Project Map Clusters API

Return public new-build project clusters for a complete map bounding box and zoom level.

## Required map bounds

Provide all four latitude and longitude bounds and a non-negative zoom level. The response contains cluster counts and the published map fields.

## Scope

This endpoint summarizes projects by map location. Use the projects endpoint for individual project records.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `lat_min` | number | Yes | Southern latitude bound. |
| `lat_max` | number | Yes | Northern latitude bound. |
| `lon_min` | number | Yes | Western longitude bound. |
| `lon_max` | number | Yes | Eastern longitude bound. |
| `zoom` | integer | Yes | Map zoom level, a non-negative integer. |
