# Sreality Project Facets API

Return the available filter groups for public Sreality new-build projects.

## Facet groups

The response is an array of project facet groups and their public options.

## Scope

This endpoint has no query parameters. It describes project filters only; use the separate listing facets endpoint for ordinary property ads.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.
