# Sreality New-Build Projects API

Return public Sreality new-build project listings with pagination.

## Results

Each result preserves the project fields published for the selected page. Use `limit` and `offset` to page through results; `offset + limit` cannot exceed 10,000.

## Scope

This endpoint covers public projects only. Use project clusters for map summaries and project facets for project filter groups.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `limit` | integer | No | Results per page, from 1 to 2000; defaults to 20. |
| `offset` | integer | No | Number of results to skip. Keep offset + limit at or below 10000. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | The pagination window or a parameter is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Projects Temporarily Unavailable | Project data could not be returned. This response is not billable. |

### How is project pagination handled?

Use limit and offset while keeping their sum within the 10,000-result window.

### Are project records combined with apartment listings?

No. Public new-build projects are returned by this endpoint as their own result set.
