# Sreality Top Districts API

Return the public market overview for Czech districts.

## Filters and results

Optionally select a property type and deal type. `type=all` is the only working value for the market report selector. The response contains district-level quarterly averages and changes.

## Scope

This is aggregate district market data, not a listing search or a per-listing transaction history.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `property_type` | integer | No | Optional property category identifier from 1 to 5. |
| `deal_type` | integer | No | Optional transaction category identifier from 1 to 4. |
| `type` | string | No | Optional market report selector. `all` is the only supported value. |
