# SUUMO Rent Listing API

<p>Retrieve one rental room by its 12-digit id: rent, management fee, deposit, key money, security deposit and amortization, layout and layout detail, area, floor, direction, building type, structure, build month, building age, every station with walk minutes, address, parking, move-in date, contract period, guarantor, other initial costs, notes, all photos and the agency with licence, address and business hours. Text is returned as published, next to parsed numbers. The agency telephone number is not returned.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.
