# Trivago Search Filters API Documentation

<p><strong>Trivago Search Filters API Documentation</strong> List the filters Trivago offers for a destination: filter groups (popular filters, meal options, payment, amenities), property type groups and hotel chain ids. Filters that the search endpoint supports carry search_parameter and search_value: use them as the property_type or amenities parameter. Trivago names only some filters, so a filter can come without a label. The response also lists the sort values, minimum rating values and star classes of the search endpoint.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| 422 | Validation Error | A required query parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Resource Not Found | The destination id is unknown. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | Trivago could not be reached or answered with an unexpected shape. This response is not billable. |
