# Viator Product Reviews API Documentation

Retrieve the review summary of one Viator tour or activity by product code: Viator review count, total review count including Tripadvisor, share of high ratings in percent, the rating distribution per star, and the 10 most relevant Viator reviews with rating, title, text, author, publish time (ISO 8601, UTC; upstream sends no timezone and it is treated as UTC) and helpful votes. Only the first page is available. A product without reviews is a successful response with an empty reviews list.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required query parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream call is made and the response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | No Viator product has this product code. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Invalid Source Response | The upstream answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | Viator could not be reached or blocked the request on every attempt. This response is not billable. |
