# Wayfair Reviews API Documentation

<p><strong>Wayfair Reviews API</strong> returns the customer reviews of a product: rating, text, date (also as ISO date), author, location, verified purchase badge, the options the reviewer bought and review photos. The answer also holds the total count, the review aspects with sentiment and the <strong>AI review summary</strong>. Page with <code>limit</code> (up to 100) and <code>cursor</code>: pass the <code>next_cursor</code> of the previous answer unchanged. Sort with <code>sort</code> and filter by star <code>ratings</code>, <code>aspects</code> and text <code>search</code>.</p><p>Filters are always honoured: a review outside the requested star ratings is never returned. Get the <code>variant_id</code> from the product route. Review videos are not included. Text in <code>body</code> is plain text: the match marks that Wayfair adds for a text search are removed. <code>ai_review_summary</code> holds the text and the disclaimer; the marked phrases (<code>highlights</code>) are part of the product route only.</p><p><strong>Credits:</strong> 1 credit per successful request. Failed requests are not billed.</p>

## Authentication

## Parameters

| `sort` | string | No | RELEVANCE_DESC, HELPFULNESS_DESC, RATING_DESC, RATING_ASC, DATE_DESC or PHOTOS_COUNT_DESC. |
| `ratings` | string | No | Star ratings to keep, comma separated. Example: 1,2. |
| `aspects` | string | No | Aspect ids from an answer, comma separated. Example: Assembly,Quality. |
| `search` | string | No | Text the review must mention. |
| `domain` | string | No | Storefront: com (default), ca or co.uk. SKUs, slugs and category ids differ per storefront: use ids from the same storefront. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid, or an id does not belong to the request. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The product or reviews were not found on this storefront. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Wayfair could not be reached, blocked the request or returned data that does not match the request (another page, another sort, a partly loaded grid). This response is not billable and is retryable. |
