# Wikicasa Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/wikicasa/listing` returns the full record of one Wikicasa listing.

## What you get

`price`, `price_rent`, `original_price`, `annual_expenses` (yearly condominium fees), `area_sqm`, `rooms`, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `floor`, `building_floors`, `building_year`, `energy_class`, `features` (lift, cellar, garden, balconies, air conditioning, garages), `location` with address parts and coordinates, the description as written (`description`) and cleaned (`description_clean`), every photo with its sizes in `images`, `floor_plans`, `video_url`, `virtual_tour_url`, `auction`, `agency`, `agent`, `project_units` for new-build projects, `points_of_interest` and `place_parents`.

`heating_type_id`, `kitchen_type_id` and `condition_id` are Wikicasa codes without a public label.

## How to use it

Take `id` from a search result. A listing that does not exist or is offline answers 404 and is not billed.

## What is not included

Private seller names, e-mail addresses and internal ranking scores are never returned.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing does not exist or is no longer online (`NOT_FOUND`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Wikicasa could not be reached, refused the request or answered with data this API could not read (`UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
