# Wikicasa Property Types API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/wikicasa/property-types` lists the 34 Wikicasa property types.

## What you get

Each type has `id`, `key`, `name`, `group` (residential, commercial, land or agency), `parent` and `searchable`. The search accepts the types with `searchable` true, by `id` or `key`. The group types `case`, `commerciale` and `terreni` cover all residential, commercial or land property.

## Notes

The room-count shortcuts (monolocali to quadrilocali) and new constructions are not searchable types. Use `rooms_min` and `rooms_max` in the search instead.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters and unknown values are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
