# X (Twitter) Community

<p>Details of a public X (Twitter) community: name, description, creator, exact member count, join policy, topic, rules, banner and a small member preview. Costs 1 credit per successful request. An unknown community returns a non-billable 404.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `community_id` | string | Yes | <p>Numeric community id, the number in <code>x.com/i/communities/&lt;id&gt;</code>. A full community URL is accepted and the id is extracted from it.</p> |
