# XING Company Profile API Documentation

Retrieve the public basics of a XING company page: name, slug, url, slogan, about headline and summary, industry and company size range. Pass the exact page slug, which the Search and Job Detail endpoints return as company_slug. An unknown slug returns 404 and is not billed.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

| 422 | Validation Error | A required query parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream call is made. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Resource Not Found | The requested XING resource does not exist or is no longer online. This response is not billable. |
| 502 | Invalid Source Response | The upstream answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
