# Zalando Brands API Documentation

<p><strong>Zalando Brands API</strong> returns the brands of a country store with the <code>key</code> that the <code>brand</code> filter of the search takes. Find a brand with <code>query</code>, page with <code>page</code> and <code>per_page</code>. A main brand lists the keys of its sub brands in <code>sub_brand_keys</code>. <strong>Cost:</strong> 1 credit per successful request. Failed requests are not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `country` | string | No | Country store: de (default), at, ch, nl, be, fr, it, es, pl, uk, ie, se, cz, dk, no or fi. SKUs are the same in every country, categories and brand keys are per country. |
| `query` | string | No | Text to find in the brand name. Example: nike. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number (default 1). |
| `per_page` | integer | No | Brands per page, 1 to 500 (default 100). |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid, a filter or category is unknown for the country, or the answer did not match the request. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Zalando could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request (another page, another sort). This response is not billable and is retryable. |
