# Zigbang Agency Profile API Documentation

<p><strong>Zigbang Agency Profile API Documentation</strong> Get the public office profile of a Zigbang agency: office name, office phone, office address, office and company registration numbers, status, region, office coordinates, the number of active listings by property type and sales type, the inquiry answer rate and the share of positive customer feedback. Use the agency id from the search, listing or agency-listings endpoints. The agent's personal name, mobile phone, email, photo and free text are never returned. An unknown agency returns 404 and is not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | The id is missing or not a positive integer. No upstream request is made. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | No agency with this id exists on Zigbang. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | Zigbang could not be reached, blocked every attempt, or answered with a shape that no longer matches the documented contract (error code PARSER_DRIFT). This response is not billable. |
