# Zonaprop Search

Search the live Zonaprop catalogue. operation_type 1 is venta, 2 alquiler, 4 alquiler temporal. Developments (emprendimientos) are real_estate_type 33 or 34. Every response carries the total and the live facet catalogue. low_price and high_price sort within currency buckets, so results are re-sorted grouped by price.currency and never compared across currencies.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `max_results` | integer | Yes | Required. Caps how many listings this search may sweep. A page that would exceed it is rejected. |
| `operation_type` | integer | No | 1 venta, 2 alquiler, 4 alquiler temporal. |
| `real_estate_type` | integer | No | Verified Zonaprop type id. Use 33 or 34 for developments. |
| `location` | array | No | Up to 20 Zonaprop location ids such as V1-C-1003694. |
| `keyword` | string | No | Free-text keyword filter. Cannot contain ";" or ":", which separate Zonaprop filter keys. |
| `publisher_type` | string | No | COMPANY for agency listings, PARTICULAR for owner direct. |
| `currency` | string | No | USD or ARS. |
| `price_from` | integer | No | Minimum price. |
| `price_to` | integer | No | Maximum price. |
| `bedrooms_from` | integer | No | Minimum bedrooms. |
| `bedrooms_to` | integer | No | Maximum bedrooms. |
| `sort` | string | No | relevance, more_recent, low_price or high_price. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Page size, 5 to 100. Values below 5 are raised to 5. |
| `offset` | integer | No | Result offset. Step it by limit. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | No Zonaprop posting or location matches that id. This response is not billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is invalid, including an unknown operation, property type, currency or sort value. Invalid enum values are rejected here rather than upstream, because upstream answers them with an empty result. This response is not billable. |
| 502 | Upstream Unavailable | Zonaprop did not return a usable result for this read. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
