No. Apartments.com publishes no developer portal and offers no public rental-search API. Scrappa gives you structured access to the same listing data without a contract, an access request, or a custom integration.
Not on its own. One search call returns a total count plus at most 500 listings, and every response names that cap rather than pretending to be complete. For full-inventory coverage, use the sitemap endpoint to enumerate listing keys and then read the ones you need.
Yes, but not as a search filter. Apartments.com does not accept townhome as a criteria.type value, and sending one returns an empty result rather than an error. Read the placards endpoint and filter on listingType 16 client side instead.
As fresh as the source. Property detail responses carry the upstream last modified date, a relative freshness label, and the rent matrix date, so you can always see how current a listing is. Prices and availability change daily.
One. Property detail, fees, reviews, lease terms, walk scores, and maps are separate endpoints, each billed separately, so no response ever hides a second lookup inside a single charge.
