6. ChatGPT and Other AI Assistant Integrations (MCP)

You can connect Scrappa to ChatGPT and other AI assistants through our MCP server at https://scrappa.co/mcp. When you do, we process the following data:

• Account link: your Scrappa account ID, the email address you sign in with, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens that connect the assistant to your account.
• Tool inputs: what the assistant sends to a tool, such as search queries, place IDs, company domains, video IDs or URLs, and flight search parameters.
• Tool results: the public data we return to the assistant, such as public business details (name, address, phone, website, rating), public reviews (rating, date, text and the business reply), flight offers, public video transcripts and public web search results.
• Usage and billing records: which tool was used, when, whether it succeeded, and the credits it used.
• Technical request logs: IP address, user agent, time of the request and whether it was authenticated. We keep these MCP and OAuth request logs for 14 days.

We do not return personal identifiers of reviewers or other private persons through these tools. Reviewer names, profile links, profile photos and reviewer IDs are removed before results are sent to the assistant.

The assistant provider (for example OpenAI for ChatGPT) receives the tool results and handles them under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect the assistant at any time by deleting the "MCP (OAuth)" API key in your Scrappa dashboard. This revokes its access.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and improve our services. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
