Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Search sale, long-term rental and short-term rental inventory across Argentina and Uruguay, then combine the results with other regional portals to build property search products that cover the whole Southern Cone.
Measure rent levels, availability and price distribution by partido, localidad and property type across Buenos Aires, Montevideo and the rest of the region using paginated search results as a repeatable market feed.
Browse the advertiser directory to map which agencies operate in which markets, then cross-reference agency output against listing inventory.
Poll filtered searches for new supply matching a price band, region and property type to build alerts for buyers, tenants and real estate professionals.

Argenprop offers no public API for reading listings; its own developer program covers publishing only. Scrappa exposes five structured REST endpoints to search listings, fetch detail, browse agencies and resolve locations programmatically, so you can build applications and run market analysis without manual browsing.
Both Argentina and Uruguay. Pass country=argentina or country=uruguay to the search endpoint to restrict results. Country codes are resolved from the upstream taxonomy, so the correct value is always sent.
No. Contact phone numbers and messaging handles are removed while the listing is being extracted, so they are never present in a response. Use the agency endpoints to identify the advertising agency instead.
Use the location autocomplete endpoint to turn a place name such as Palermo into country, partido and locality codes, then pass the country and partido codes to the search filters. Every region and partido value is listed in the filter catalog returned with each search response, and a partido that does not belong to the region you picked is rejected rather than silently returning nothing.
Just a Scrappa API key passed as an X-API-KEY header. No Argenprop account, no partner program and no OAuth. Sign up for free, get your key, and start querying property data immediately.
Scrappa charges $0.20 per 1,000 requests with no daily caps and no client-side rate limiting. Every Argenprop endpoint costs the same, and failed requests are never billed.
