The at home API is built for rental analytics, relocation tools and market monitoring in Japan. The rent search lists rooms with rent, management fee, deposit and key money in yen together with the building and the selling agency. The sale search lists used condominiums with price in yen. Detail routes add initial costs, coordinates, photos and agency data. at home has no bathrooms filter, so none is offered; the layout filter is the bedroom filter of the site. The list uses the default order of the site.

Search rent by prefecture and city with property type, rent range, layout, floor area, walk time and building age.

Every returned room respects the filters you set, and page n always holds the rows of page n.

Pages count buildings; read total_listings, total_buildings and total_pages.

Open any listing for photos, fees, initial costs, coordinates and the agency.

Unknown ids and unknown cities return a clear error that is never billed.
