Bezrealitky API for Czech property listings, prices and fees

The Bezrealitky API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in the Czech Republic. Each search item carries the price in CZK (rent per month) with charges, original price and discount flag, address, area, layout, tags, coordinates and photos. Listing detail adds the deposit, service and utility charges, floors, condition, construction, ownership, energy class, all images, dates and related listings. A missing value is null, never 0.

Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are dropped and counted in the response.

A page past the last page is an empty page with the real total, never repeated data.

A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.
