No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bilibili. The Bilibili API returns structured JSON from public video data through a Scrappa API key.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Search uses a 1-based page parameter with 20 results per page and up to 50 pages. User videos and comments use pn/ps parameters. The response returns has_more as true while more pages exist. A valid empty result is a successful response.

The video details endpoint requires from=search to bypass baseline anti-bot. The user videos endpoint requires app signing with common params. All other endpoints work with plain parameters.
