Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.
The id is the number in a Capterra product URL, for example 135003 in /software/135003/slack. Use the catalog, category products or product search endpoints to find ids.
Use the 1-based page parameter. Page 1 holds 5 highlighted reviews and later pages hold 25. The response returns has_more. A page past the last page returns an empty list.
