Casa Sapo scraper API
The Casa Sapo API is built for Portuguese property analytics and investment tools. Each search result carries the listing id, url, title, price in euros, price drop, area, typology, condition, location with coordinates, full description, photos and the advertiser type.
Search sale and rent listings by distrito, concelho or freguesia, 20 to 28 per page.
Filter by property type, typology T0 to T6, price, area and seller type, and sort by price or date.
Open any listing for areas, features, room areas, energy certificate and the advertiser.
Resolve location slugs by name and reuse them in the search endpoint.
Unknown locations and removed listings answer a non-billed 404 and are never charged.
Look up a distrito, concelho or freguesia by name and reuse its slug, for example lisboa or lisboa/santo-antonio, as the location of a search.
