Centris distributes its data to licensed members under a signed agreement. Scrappa gives you structured JSON access to the public listing data without a contract or an access request.
Call the locations endpoint with the city name. Each suggestion that can scope a search carries a location_id and a location_type. Pass both to the search endpoint. Every scope returns up to 5000 reachable listings.
The origin sometimes places a sale listing inside rent results. Scrappa removes those cards and reports how many in filtered_out, so a short page is never unexplained.
Listing text such as categories, feature names and descriptions is in French, as published by Centris. Numbers, prices and coordinates are language neutral.
Scrappa charges $0.20 per 1,000 requests with no daily caps. All Centris endpoints cost the same, and failed requests are not charged. The free tier gives you 500 credits per month.
