Crexi does not offer a public API. Scrappa provides 6 structured REST endpoints to search sales, auctions and leases and fetch listing, auction and suite detail programmatically, without manual browsing.

Call the search endpoint with trading_status=Auction and sort=time_remaining. Then pass an asset id to the auction endpoint for starting bid, increment, fees, reserve status and end time.

No. Sale search results use sale asset ids for the listing and auction endpoints. Lease search results use lease asset ids for the lease listing and lease spaces endpoints. The two id spaces do not overlap in meaning.

Sale search serves the first 1499 results of a query. Narrow the filters by state, property type or price range to reach the rest. Lease search allows page times per_page up to 9999.
