The Dabang API is built for rental analytics, relocation tools and market monitoring in South Korea. The search endpoint lists rent, jeonse and sale listings of one-rooms, two-rooms, villas, officetels and apartments with prices in man-won and KRW, area in square metres, floor and approximate coordinates. The listing endpoint adds bedrooms, bathrooms, all area sizes, options and the agent. Dabang has no sort option and no bedroom filter in its list, so the API has none either.
Search by lat and lng, region code, subway station or university with deposit, rent, sale price, area, floor and feature filters.
Page with page. A page holds up to 24 listings and the page label always matches the page you asked for.
Rows are checked again against your price and area filters and dropped rows are counted in filtered_out.
Open any listing for bedrooms, bathrooms, supply and exclusive area, options and all photos.
Ended listings and unknown agents return a clear 404 that is never billed.
