Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Track the displayed price and the numeric extracted_price for a list of product queries, then store snapshots to spot price changes across sellers over time.
Compare offers for the same product across merchants using the source field, star rating, and review count returned for each Google Shopping product card.
See which brands and sellers rank for category keywords with the position of every product and the Shopping block it appeared in, such as Popular products.
Research Google Shopping results for a specific country, city, or device type with gl, hl, location or uule, and device parameters.
Set small_business to true to return only products from small businesses, or reuse a shoprs filter token copied from a filtered Google Shopping URL.
Feed product titles, prices, sellers, ratings, and product links into price comparison tools, deal alerts, and ecommerce analytics dashboards.
Google Shopping scraper API
The Google Shopping API is built for developers who need product and price data from Google Shopping in JSON without maintaining their own scraper. Send a product query and get back the product cards Google shows for it, normalized into a flat shopping_results list with position, title, seller, displayed price, numeric extracted_price, rating, review count, product ID, link, and thumbnail. Use it for price monitoring, seller comparisons, category rank tracking, and ecommerce research.
Every product includes the displayed price string, for example $383.41 or $26.25/mo, plus a numeric extracted_price for sorting and math.
Seller and quality signals include source, rating, reviews, and the Shopping block category each product appeared in.
Google product IDs are returned as strings, together with a Google Shopping product link and a product_token when Google provides one.
Localize results with gl for the country, hl for the interface language, location or uule for a city, and device for desktop, mobile, or tablet.
Page through results with the zero-based start offset in steps of 10, up to 990, using pagination.next_start from the previous response.
Narrow results with small_business or a Google Shopping shoprs filter token for brand or price range filters.
Test the Google Shopping scraper API with 500 free monthly credits before scaling production traffic.
Run keyword searches to capture ranked product cards with titles, sellers, displayed prices, numeric prices, ratings, review counts, and Google product IDs. This is the starting point for price monitoring, seller comparisons, and category rank tracking.
Open Google Shopping API docsSet gl and hl for the market and language, pass a location name or an encoded uule for city-level results, choose a device, and page with start using pagination.next_start. Stop paging when a page returns no shopping_results or no next_start.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free monthly credits, and the pricing page explains pay-as-you-go credit packs for larger Google Shopping workloads.

A Google Shopping API returns the product results from a Google Shopping search as structured data instead of HTML. Scrappa returns ranked product cards with titles, sellers, displayed and numeric prices, ratings, review counts, Google product IDs, links, and thumbnails as JSON.
Yes. Run the same product queries on a schedule and store the price, extracted_price, source, and product_id fields to track how prices and sellers change. Each page is a separate request, so you control how deep you monitor each query.
extracted_price is the number inside the displayed price. For installment or subscription offers, price can read like $26.25/mo, and extracted_price is then 26.25. Check price for suffixes such as /mo before comparing offers.
Pass a location name in location, for example Austin,Texas,United States, together with the matching gl country code. If you already have an encoded Google location string, send it in uule instead. You cannot use both in the same request.
Results are paged with the zero-based start offset in steps of 10, up to 990. Use pagination.next_start from the previous response, and stop when a page returns an empty shopping_results array or no next_start.
shoprs is the filter token Google Shopping puts in its URL when you apply filters such as brand or price range. Copy it from a filtered Google Shopping URL to reproduce the same filters. It cannot be combined with small_business.
No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. You only need a Scrappa API key, sent as the X-API-KEY header, and no Google Cloud account.
Yes. Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits per month, so you can test Google Shopping searches before buying credit packs. Paid usage costs as little as $0.20 per 1,000 requests, and validation errors and temporary upstream failures are not billed.
