No. Google offers no public sports API. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. A Scrappa API key is the only credential you need.
The response is 200 with has_box false and no games, and the request is not billed. A block page, a captcha or an exhausted session pool returns 503 and is not billed either.
The gl parameter accepts us, de and gb. Times are shown in the time zone given in time_zone.
