Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Build property search for Spain across flats, houses, offices, garages, buildings and land, for sale and rent, with price, rooms, bathrooms and feature filters.
Track sale and rent supply per municipality by combining the location endpoint's live counts with the listing totals, then follow how the market moves over time.
Follow how much inventory a given agency publishes by querying its publisher id, then alert when the count changes between runs.
Combine Habitaclia with Fotocasa, Idealista and other Spanish portals to build comparison tools. Deduplicate by ad id, address and coordinates to avoid double counting.
Everything you need in one API.

Habitaclia does not offer a public API. Scrappa provides 4 structured REST endpoints to search, resolve locations, fetch listing detail and pull agency inventory programmatically, without manual browsing.
Call the locations endpoint with the place name to get its code and layer id, then pass code and layer_id to the search endpoint. layer_id 20 is a municipality and 11 is a province.
From a listing. Every search and listing-detail item carries a publisher block with its id; pass that id to the publisher endpoint to pull the agency's inventory. There is no slug-to-id resolver.
Just a Scrappa API key passed as an X-API-KEY header. No Habitaclia account, no partner program, no OAuth. Sign up for free, get your key, and start querying property data immediately.
Yes. Every Scrappa account gets 500 free credits per month with no credit card required. Test all Habitaclia endpoints before committing to paid usage.
