The Homes.co.nz API is built for real-estate analytics, valuation tools and market research. Each search item carries the price text, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, floor and land area, address with coordinates, photos, the automated estimate with its range, council values, agents and the agency. The property route adds past sales, valuations and estimate history.

One search route for sale, rent, sold and off market, up to 40 per page.

Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned.

Property type and area filters do not exist on the site, so they are refused, not faked.

A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.
