Use the HotPads area slug: a city such as albuquerque-nm, a zip code such as 60607, a state such as il, or a neighborhood such as river-west-chicago-il. An unknown area answers a non-billable 404.

Use the 1-based page parameter. Each page holds up to 40 results. The response returns total_pages, total_results and has_more. A valid empty result is a successful response.

No. An unknown listing id answers a non-billable 404 with error code NOT_FOUND. Only successful 2xx responses are billed.
