The Imovelweb API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in Brazil. Each search item carries the price of the requested listing type in BRL, the address with coordinates and postal code, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, areas, amenities, photos and the publisher. Listing detail adds condominium and IPTU fees, all photos and the publisher rating.

One search route for sale, rent, auction and seasonal listings.

Filters are always honoured: a filter that cannot be honoured is rejected, never ignored.

Pagination returns the real page; a page past result 10,000 is an error, never repeated data.

Condominium and IPTU fees come as text and as numbers.

A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.
