The LandSearch API is built for land investors, appraisers and market research. Each search item carries the price in USD, acreage, address parts, coordinates, photo links and the listing source. Listing detail adds parcel numbers, status history, tags and the listing agents.

Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned.
The site reports at most 100 pages per query, so split large areas by county, city, price or acres.
