No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LoopNet or CoStar. The LoopNet API returns structured JSON from public US commercial real estate listings through a Scrappa API key.

Commercial property for sale and for lease: office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land and specialty assets. Send location as free text, for example "houston, tx" or "90210", and listing_type as for-sale or for-lease. One page holds 25 listings and total reports the whole result set.

The search endpoint resolves free text to a LoopNet geography internally, so a search works without a geography id. The locations endpoint exposes the same resolution when you want to show candidates: a query such as "boston, ma" answers the display name, geography id, geography type, state code, centroid and bounding box. An unmatched place is a 422, not an empty list.

Some listings are published as price upon request. A card that states a price carries a numeric price, while a card that says "Price Upon Request" carries price_display only, and the price field is omitted rather than sent as 0.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.
