Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Track rental supply, asking rents and price bands across Israeli cities and neighbourhoods on a schedule, then alert on new supply that matches a saved budget and bedroom count.
Enumerate the national new-build project corpus, then enrich individual projects with developer, marketing and construction stage, permit dates and location to track where supply is being created.
Combine published neighbourhood price bands, rent yields, school education indices and boundary polygons with listing-level data to screen areas for buyers, renters and investors.
Build an agency directory from the published agency index, then enrich it with agent profiles, offices and live marketed inventory to find active agencies in a target city.
Everything you need in one API.

Madlan does not offer a public API. Scrappa provides 36 structured endpoints covering listing search, listing detail, new-build projects, neighbourhoods, agencies, schools, mortgage offices and market aggregates. That lets you build applications, run analytics and monitor the market without maintaining a scraper.
Madlan does not offer a server-side location filter. Use the Location Autocomplete endpoint to resolve a Hebrew place name to its Madlan id, then filter the returned listings by their published Hebrew address. The autocomplete id also works directly with the neighbourhood, geometry, school and mortgage endpoints.
Every listing carries its own deal type, and the search endpoint separates them for you when you pass deal_type. Note that Madlan has no server-side deal type filter, so the separation happens on the returned rows; the price band you set narrows the search first.
Yes. The Listing Corpus endpoint enumerates listing ids from the public sitemaps, and the Listing Details endpoint resolves up to 50 of those ids per call. That sitemap corpus and the live search corpus are different sets, so an id may appear in one and not the other; both resolve normally.
Just a Scrappa API key passed as an X-API-KEY header. No Madlan account, no partner program, no OAuth. Sign up for free, get your key, and start querying property data immediately.
Scrappa charges $0.20 per 1,000 requests with no daily caps. All Madlan endpoints cost the same. The free tier includes 500 credits per month to get started.
