Search buy or rent listings in one city with property type, locality and keyword filters
Scrappa's MagicBricks API returns structured JSON from MagicBricks, one of India's largest property marketplaces. Search flats, houses, villas and plots for sale or rent, open any listing for its full detail, browse new projects with unit pricing and ratings, read locality price trends and quarterly city rate tables, and resolve every locality and project id through autocomplete. Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Read numeric rupee prices, carpet and covered area in square feet, and price per square foot to compare listings and localities across one city.
Combine the locality overview with quarterly city rate tables to report average price per square foot, demand, supply and quarter-on-quarter change.
Search new projects, read unit pricing per BHK, developer, RERA link, possession date and the rating summary to follow launches city by city.
Watch one listing id over time for price, possession status and the public web url, without ever touching the paywalled contact reveal.
Resolve free text into integer locality and project ids, and enumerate the city and locality catalog that every other endpoint takes.
MagicBricks scraper API
The MagicBricks API is built for property analytics, valuation tools and real-estate search features. Each listing carries a numeric rupee price with currency, carpet and covered area in square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, furnishing, possession, property type, owner type, locality, city and the image gallery. Detail responses add coordinates, transaction type and the public web url, and project responses add unit pricing, developer, RERA and the rating summary.
Search buy and rent listings in one city by property type, locality and keyword, up to 150 per page.
Open any listing by numeric id or hex id for its full detail and image gallery.
Browse new projects with unit pricing per BHK, developer, RERA link, possession date and ratings.
Read price trends at city, locality and project level with numeric rupees per square foot.
Every locality and project id comes back as an integer through autocomplete, cities and localities.
Contact and phone fields are never returned: the contact reveal is the platform paywall boundary.
Resolve the city and its localities once, then reuse the integer ids across search, locality and price trends.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by MagicBricks. The MagicBricks API returns structured JSON from public listings through a Scrappa API key.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.
Use the one-based page parameter with a limit up to 150 listings. The response returns page, limit, total and has_more, and a valid empty page is a successful response.
No. Contact and phone fields are never returned, because the contact reveal is the platform paywall boundary. Every listing does return its public web url.
