No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the French notaries. A Scrappa API key is used to access the endpoints on this page.

No. The portal has no bathroom filter. The parameter returns 422 instead of unfiltered data. The listing endpoint shows the bathroom count of each listing.

The portal filters prices on the total price including fees. Scrappa also checks the shown price and drops listings that do not match, and reports the number in meta.filtered_out_count.
