Yes. Omit the place_id parameter and the search endpoint returns listings across all of France. Supply place_id to narrow the search to a city, department or postal area.

Search listings by location, distribution, property type, price, rooms, size and year built. Each listing includes price, price history, room count, floor area, construction year, energy certificate class, photos, floor plans and the agency handling it. The detail endpoint adds the complete description and natural-risk data; nearest transport lines come back with every search result.

Scrappa charges $0.20 per 1,000 requests with no daily caps, billed as one credit per upstream read. A national search, the property batch, count, location autocomplete and agency directory each cost 1 credit. A search with a place id also reads the listing cards, at 1 credit per card read: a page of 50 twelve-character ids is one read, but ids are longer in practice, and a page that does not fit one read costs one credit per further read. The single-listing detail and place hierarchy endpoints cost 2 each, because they resolve a listing URL or a hierarchy first. A failed request costs nothing. The free tier includes 500 credits per month to get started.
