Skyscanner API for flight prices, cheapest days, and airport lookup

The Skyscanner API is built for fare monitoring, travel search features and route analysis. The flight search endpoint returns one-way or round-trip itineraries with the price in GBP, local departure and arrival times, duration in minutes, number of stops, marketing and operating carriers, flight numbers and the three cheapest booking offers. The calendar endpoint returns the cheapest direct and indirect price for each day of a month. The autocomplete endpoint resolves airports and cities to the ids the other two endpoints need.

Search one-way flights, or add a return date for a round trip with two legs per itinerary.

Sort by price or duration and cap the result with a limit up to 50 itineraries.

Read the cheapest direct and indirect price for every day of a month up to 12 months ahead.

Look up airports and cities with place ids, entity ids, IATA codes and coordinates.

Failed, blocked and timed out requests are never charged.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Skyscanner. The Skyscanner API returns structured JSON from public Skyscanner flight data through a Scrappa API key.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

All prices are in GBP for the UK market. Local flight times have no time zone because Skyscanner returns them as local airport times.

Skyscanner collects offers live. A one-way search usually takes 2 to 15 seconds and a round trip up to 40 seconds. The complete field is false when Skyscanner was still collecting offers at the time limit.
