Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.
No. Every endpoint reads public data only. You need a Scrappa API key and nothing else — no Snapchat login, no OAuth app, no end-user credentials and no cookies.
Media URLs on Snapchat carry short-lived signatures. Scrappa copies them from the upstream SSR payload at fetch time, so they work when you receive them but expire shortly after. Never cache them long-term.
No. A failure on our side, a regional block or a rate limit against us is never billed. A definitive 404 performs one lookup and is recorded as a usage row, and the shared billing helper only charges successful responses, so a not-found costs you nothing either.
