Frequently asked questions

The Sreality API provides structured access to public Czech property listings, full listing details, localities, map clusters, market data, and new-build projects through Scrappa endpoints.

Pass a property_type and deal_type, then use region_id=10 for Prague. Add supported price, area, room, building, and feature filters as needed.

Use the location suggestions endpoint with a phrase such as Brno, then pass the matching locality type and ID to the resolve or geometries endpoint. Brno municipality uses ID 5740.

The estate endpoint returns the full listing record, including available property facts, price, locality, coordinates, images, and other public listing details.

The monthly price-per-square-metre series is available for flats. The endpoint requires a property type and a date range in YYYY-MM format.

Send a GET request to the endpoint you need and authenticate it with your Scrappa API key in the X-API-KEY header. Each endpoint documents its accepted query parameters and response shape.
