SS.lv scraper API

SS.lv API for Latvian property listings, rentals and prices

The SS.lv API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in Latvia. Each search item carries the price, price per square metre, rooms, area, floor, series, location and thumbnail. The listing route adds coordinates, up to 16 photos, the description, the posting date and the agency block. The site is in Latvian, field names are English.

One search route for apartments, houses, land, offices, premises and farms, for sale and for rent.

Filters are honoured: items that break a filter are never returned. The response names the source page and its row count.

Pagination returns the real page; a page past the end is empty, never page 1 under another number.

Failed requests are never billed. Phone numbers are never returned.
