The Subito.it API is built for price research, real estate monitoring and marketplace aggregation. Each search result includes the ad urn, subject, body, public url, category, numeric EUR price, features such as rooms and surface, location with coordinates, images and the public advertiser summary.

Search by free text, category, ad type, region, province, town, price, rooms and surface.

Page with an offset up to 10000 and read next_start and has_more.

Open any ad for all features, images and publish and expiry dates.

Resolve provinces and towns with the places endpoint.

Private phone numbers and contact details are never returned.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Use the start offset with a limit up to 100. Subito serves results up to offset 10000. The response returns has_more and next_start. A valid empty search is a successful response.

No. An unknown or expired ad urn answers a non-billable 404 with error code NOT_FOUND. Only successful 2xx responses are billed.
